              We make smoothies quite often in our house!

   Usually they consist of whatever ingredients we have available.

                                                     Our smoothie of the day:

1 cup of frozen blueberries

1cup fresh squeezed oj

1 cup Acai juice

1 slightly mushy banana

note:  sometimes I sneak in kale or spinach
