Thankful

 Feeling thankful for:

Emery's mom visiting and playing Apples to Apples with Neal...maybe or maybe not for the 100th time.
Yes...thankful for this shutter screen from Pier 1.  A floor model discount which served as privacy for Neal while Grandma visited.  He gave up his room and slept in the loft (his apartment) which he told his sister was open from 7am-7pm.
 Unexpected flowers from my hubby.
A quick trip to the pumpkin patch. Wish my Katie girl joined us!!  Notice the shorts....that is California for ya!
Friends....I wish I could tell you I was an awesome, creative seamstress.  Halloween costumes stress me out each year.  I know we have so many choices but my kids are have such a hard time choosing.  This was the first year that Neal actually dressed in a costume.  Emery took him to a cheap fun Halloween store and found the scrubs.  I ordered Kate's 80's costume months ago...and in the mean time....she changed her mine and doesn't like pink.  Ok...I am just thankful we had Halloween costumes, smiles, and a fun trick-or-treating time with our friends.  Nuf said!
A quiet morning..... coffee in my favorite mug and a bowl of oatmeal.

Hugs to you friend, I am thankful for you!
