Traditons

Our family likes to travel to Mammoth a couple of times a year. This was Neal's first Ski lesson and he did fabulous despite misplacing his gloves during a snack break. His instructor reminded me of Uncle Alan. He was VERY patient with all the kids and really seemed to like his job. Kate took one lesson and then hit the slopes the next two days with her daddy. I think he has found his skiing partner. I planned on skiing this trip...really I did....but an ankle injury earlier this past year prevented this event!! There is always next time. (Did I mention I really don't like being cold) I did invest in some new gloves and they actually have a space for hand warmers. Next on my list will be new ski (snow) pants. I am wearing an old pair of Emery's. Maybe with cute ski clothes......I will be more ambitious for the slopes.

  1. It was a happy day for him when he gave us our new lives, through the truth of his Word, and we became, as it were, the first children in his new family. JAMES 1:18 LB
