However, yesterday I was Baptized for my very first time. The church I grew up in had different beliefs about this ritual and so this was a first for me. I think the photos explain this special event.

ReplyDeleteCongrats! I am so happy for you! I was baptized as a baby and while I realize as an adult how special it is, we don't get to full appreciate it then. I am so glad you could appreciate how special this moment was!

I get chills every single time I see someone getting baptized. It is such a wonderful picture to me. I wish I could have been there to hear your testimony. :) Our pastor always says that when someone gets baptized, the angels are rejoicing in heaven. Now isn't that a lovely image?! Congtats on your day!! :)

ReplyDeleteI am so amazed at your walk...and thrilled for you that you listened to when it was time to take the next step. I wish I could have been there to see it all happen but I am so grateful for the pictures. I will have to show you my hot tub baptism pics next time you visit!

ReplyDeleteSo great to see your obedient heart! I was baptized when I was 26 and it was one of the neatest experiences of my life. I knew I was saved, but to show it as an outward act of faith was awesome! Congrats friend.
