Chocolate Chip Cake Cookies
Our Favorite Cookies
My friend Jen whom I taught 2nd grade with years ago...shared this
recipe with me.
It has been a favorite at our home since then.
So easy.....and so yummy!

Chocolate Chip Cake Cookies
1 box yellow cake mix (pudding in mix)
1 stick butter (softened)
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 bag of chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes
* They need to bake longer sometimes so they are not too gooey in the middle.
* Can always add preferred colored sugar after taking out of oven.

I just might have to try those. For my family, of course. I do NOT like nor do I eat chocolate! :) Wish that made me automatically skinny...but sigh...it hasn't.

ReplyDeleteI think I got a chance to eat just one single cookie from the bunch that you so kindly delivered to me on Valentine's Day (Cookie Monster Michaela LOVED them!) I will put this in my recipe bible and hide them in my closet after I make them!
